- What if my suit does not fit perfectly?

SpecialTailor offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee. We have two special services: FREE SAMPLE SUIT and UNCONDITIONAL RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS. For example, if you are not sure about the size that you measure, you can order a sample suit. By the service of the sample suit, we can guarantee the fit of your custom suit. You can see FREE SAMPLE SUIT for more details.
On the other hand, UNCONDITIONAL RETURN can guarantee your rights. For more questions please contact our customer service.
- What payment can I use to pay for the order?

SpecialTailor currently offers only one payment options:
PayPal
PayPal accepts a wide range of payment options: all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards) and also allows purchases by debit card and eCheque. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
- What countries does SpecialTailor ship to?

The delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. SpecialTailor can ship globally to any country.
All orders are shipped via express air with the leading companies: DHL, TNT, FedEx.

- Can I reorganize the delivery of my order?

Yes! You can contact the local office of the shipping company directly to reorganize it.

- Will I have to pay additional taxes or tariffs?

In SpecialTailor, customers not have to pay additional taxes or tariffs.
Please contact our customer service team if your package is held in customs by mistake, we will reimburse the import duties (up to 17% of the order`s value).

General Infomation
- I want to send two or more orders at once. Can I?

If none of your orders has been sent, we can send them at once. We will refund the redundant carriage.
- I have made an order the other day, now I want to add some additional things. Can I?

If your order has not been sent, you can add. We will refund the redundant carriage.
- I want to cancel my order, how?

If you have not paid, we won`t make the clothes so that you have no need to cancel it.
If you have paid, please contact us to cancel it within 24 hours. We will cancel the order and refund the paid amount soon.
Measurements
- What`s the quality of SpecialTailor`s fabrics? Can I check?

SpecialTailor always insist that the fabrics are to a very high standard at a reasonable price.
We try our best to describe each fabric in detail including high quality pictures.
SpeciaTailor can provide the samples of fabrics freely if you are willing to afford the carriage(£5).
- Does SpecialTailor offer stand sizes?

No. All products of SpecialTailor are handmade based on the specific measurements of each customer. We have no clothing in stock.
- How are the measurements I offer online used to tailor the clothing?

1. You measure yourself on the basis of our steps online.
2. Our tailors will check your measurements by their experience when we get your measurements for the first time.
3. We will contact you to submit the measurements if our tailors think there are something wrong with your measurements.
